IC DANZA by Irene Correnti (hereinafter “the company”) with registered office in – Via Luigi Capuana, 79 90036 Misilmeri (PA), Italy – produces and sells online technical clothing for ballet, modern and contemporary dance, ballroom and ballroom dances Latin, rhythmic and artistic gymnastics, hip-hop dance, figure skating, vaulting and fun.
The sale on our website is aimed at dance schools, specialized retailers, professional and amateur dancers.
Special discounts are reserved for dance schools, teachers and retailers.

HOW TO REGISTER AND PURCHASE

To purchase from our site, you must register by filling out the ‘Registration form’ by clicking on the Subscribe button on the HOME web and on all product pages.
To be accredited as a dance school or retailer taking advantage of discounted prices, it is necessary to provide the data of your company or association, including the tax code and / or the associative VAT number.
Your credit will be confirmed within 24 hours of the request by receiving an email with username and password.
Once credited, you can log in with your account credentials and see the prices reserved for each selected product.
To complete any order on the Irene Correnti Danza website, simply:

Select the product you like.
Select fabric, color, size, number of items and click on “add to cart”.
Repeat for all the items you intend to purchase.
To finalize, click on the “your cart” icon (top left of the screen) and once you enter the Check-out page, choose your preferred payment method.

PAYMENTS AND COSTS

The prices indicated in each product sheet are always inclusive of VAT.
Each order can be concluded by paying via:

Bank transfer made out to Banca Intesa, account holder: Irene Correnti Danza.

Iban: IT23G0306904601100000007236.

Attention, with this option the ordered items will be shipped only after payment confirmation.

PayPal by clicking on the appropriate link in the Check-out
Cash on delivery (Reserved only for dance schools and retailers. This payment option is not active on the site as it must be requested by phone or email).

A confirmation page will show a summary of the transaction and an electronic version will be promptly sent to the email address provided.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY: METHODS AND TIMES

The products ready in stock (shoes, tights and accessories) will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment.
All our internal productions are made to measure and the shipment is generally estimated around 10 working days from order fulfillment.
In case of longer delivery times, you will be promptly informed by email and the customer will be free to decide whether to confirm or cancel the requested order.
If your order is urgent, please contact us by email or live chat and we will inform you about the feasibility of your request.
In Italy (SDA insured courier) final delivery is expected within 48 hours of leaving our costume shop.
For international shipments (DHL courier), delivery times may vary from 4-7 days depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and calculated together with the production costs, as displayed on the Check-out page.
Attention, exclusively for orders paid by bank transfer or Paypal: free shipping is granted for purchases equal to or greater than € 200.00.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, products ready in stock (shoes, tights and accessories) can be returned upon communication via email (mailto: info@irenecorrentidanza.it) to the address of our costume designer within 14 days of delivery [Via Luigi Capuana, 79 – 90036 Misilmeri (PA), Italy]. Items must be returned in their original condition including labels and their packaging.
The return shipping costs are charged to the sender.
Please note, pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, the right of withdrawal applies only in the case in which the customer purchases the items on a personal level, therefore not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase using the VAT number.
Based on art. 59 paragraph c) of Legislative Decree. 206/2005 exchanges and returns will not be made on clothing as packaged to order, except for defective goods or goods that do not comply with the order in the colors and / or fabrics of realization.
The items of clothing considered defective or non-compliant must be sent by the customer at his own expense, upon communication via e-mail to I.C. DANCE by Irene Correnti (info@irenecorrentidanza.it), at our registered office within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.
In all cases, returned items must be in their original condition which includes tags and any packaging.
Once the returned goods have been received and verified the existence of the problem reported by the customer, our company will return the entire amount spent by the customer for the purchase of the product and for its return or, if the customer requests it, will send it of an equal replacement item with shipping costs charged to the company.

REFUNDS

The repayment time depends on the payment method used:
If you have used Paypal, the refund will be made to your Paypal account within five working days of receiving the returned item and you can view it immediately.
If you have paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made to your account within a period of five working days from receipt of the returned item and will be credited according to the time provided by your bank.
In this case it is necessary to communicate in advance via e-mail to info@irenecorrentidanza.it the bank details on which to make the refund transfer.
